All trainee drivers must be in possession of a signed valid provisional driving licence on commencement of training.

All fees include trainees cover for insurance liability claims whilst driving, providing that the trainee is duly licenced to drive and is accompanied by the instructor.

Payment for lessons will be taken at the beginning of each lesson or if paid in advance as a block booking, at the commencement of the first lesson. The trainee agrees to pay for any booked lesson/s cancelled with less than 48 hours notice. All rates including any discounts or special offers are subject to change without notice.

The driving school/instructor reserves the right to withhold the training vehicle for the driving test, if in the opinion of the instructor, the trainee does not reach the required standard.

Whilst every care will be taken to ensure that trainee receives the training at the booked/requested time, all bookings (including the hire of the training vehicle for the practical driving test) are made on the understanding that the school/instructor is not responsible or liable for the postponement of training due to adverse weather conditions, mechanical breakdown/failure of the training vehicle, absence or unavailability of the instructor or any other cause. Neither can the school/instructor be held responsible or liable for driving test appointments postponed by the driving standards agency.

Every effort will be made to safeguard the personal property of the trainee. However the school/instructor does not accept any liability whatsoever for any personal items/cash/clothing or any other property that may be left in the training vehicle.
